Still travelling round the Gulf coast on the east side of Mexico. Stayed for a couple of days at a town called Villermosa. It was very lively, bustle, noisy and dirty but had a certain charm. We sat in the square and watched everybody Christmas shopping, parading round and meeting up with friends. There were police everywhere and even the buses played loud music.
